As we have been made to understand, we are a very young startup with two
full-time partners and one partner working part time.

Before that, we need to understand the present resource and time allocation,
priorities on the same to make it to qualify for the fund raising.

suggested by the promoters, B2B2C mobile application, last mile delivery is
also on the cards.
In our initial discussion lead generation not only for franchisee enquires, but
also wholesale distributors for identified, marked tier 2-3 cities were also
discussed, same should and can be explored aswell.
Range of SKUs have been incorporated, logistics, supply chain, demand
skewness needs to be applied before possible associations.
Franchisee modeling needs to be revisited. Presently the royalty being
charged, and the loss over a period of 6 months need to be re-looked aswell.
Overall, the possibilities are exciting, scalable. Controls for protection of ideas,
business needs to prove applicability (both legally and logistically), Scalability,
Protection from competition and other market improbabilities if any.
But before all this, we strongly feel, that we can suggest few innovative

required, as the funds available are limited. Be it vendors, working partners,
associations etc.
This will then allow the company to create the right size of the business (at an
early stage) to raise the funds (To be planned) decided.

4. Who can be the right investors?


• Business partners should be the first prudent step.
• Followed by early-stage venture funds, who can commit for the next 3-5 years.
• Scale and offerings can be infinite, and wading hyperlocal competition would
require quality institutional investors.

We will charge a effort fee of 35,000/- for a period of 3 months (to be paid in
advance every month)
