BILLET LOADER

Pivoted design- hydraulic operated Billet Loader receives the

Billet from Bottom, takes it to Press centre line, by forward the
movement of Main ram, the Billet insert in to container bore.

The outside arrangement of Loader operating cylinders eases

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM- POWER PACK

Used German Rexroth make fixed displacement pumps extends the life due to its rigidity (not
sensitive) at one end connected to IE2 Class energy efficient motor of ABB /Siemens/Bharat Bijlee/
Crompton Greaves make fitted on frame & the low pressure pumps of Veljan make at the other end .
the whole assembly fixed on RCC foundation has just back end of the press.

 High volume Oil filters are provided at the suction port of each pump.

 DIN standard only one size cartridges Valves in all Manifold Blocks, in total hydraulic circuit
ensures fast switching time & reliability.

 Manifold block precisely machined & ground & made out of forged medium carbon alloy steel &
all fixed on top of the tank.

 Air vent port is provided at the pressure connection of main cylinder top.

 Piston pump provided for container sealing over die face. It holds the pressure. Provided with on
ff system so that oil heating is controlled/ reduced.

 Sensing relief valves to perfect over pressure are provided in system. These protect the total machine.

 Digital pressure Transmitter provided for pressure indicating & controlling of set pressure.

 High quality filtration, air Breather is provided at tank. Digital temperature indicator with alarm
is provided.

 Oil gathered on top of Tank during maintenance is collected in floor level collection tank.

 Cold drawn seamless pipes are used for high pressure pipe lines & tested at 300 bar.

 Best quality plastic fiber clamps are used for pipes clamping absorbs pipe vibrations.

 All higher flange, pipes, valves are fixed by high tensile cap screws of 12.8 grade.

Workshop machineries and tools, Weighing Machines, Testing Machines, etc.

Pollution Controls equipments required by any local Govt. regulations
Unloading of machineries at your site.
All types of tools and tackles required during the erection of various machineries.
Gas storage tanks, gas pump & pipe lining etc. Welding Machine,Welding rods, Grinder & Grinding wheel etc
Paints & other Hardware materials.
All other items or spares that are not specified and indicated in our offer.

letter of credit. LC should be negotiable).
57% payment plus 100% taxes and duties (if applicable), you shall open an irrevocable confirmed,

3% Irrevocable LC After commissioning.
L.C. Valid for a period of eighteen months should be established for the balance payment of Proforma

The prices quoted in our offer shall remain unchanged over delivery period, provided receipt of
technically and commercially clear order by us, with necessary advance. The price/s are up to F.O.B.
JNPT PORT (Nhava Sheva Port, Navi Mumbai) only. Other charges if any, will be in your
account. The Governmental levies and taxes (if any) will be charged as applicable at the time of
dispatch.
If the delivery is delayed due to any reason like delay in commercial and or technical clarifications,
non-receipt of advance payment as per schedule or postponement of delivery date by your end etc the
prices ruling on the date of delivery shall be charged.

CANCELLATION
The order/s once placed in reference to this quotation shall not be cancelled by the client on any
reason. The advances will be forfeited (i.e. will not be returned) in case of cancellation of order.

JURISDICTION
All the matter/issues arising out of this quotation are subject to Belgaum Jurisdiction only.

COMMISSIONING : Providing Crane for Unloading & Installation at your site will be in your
scope. For Installation & Commissioning, We will depute our Engineers & Technician stage
wise as and when required with mutual co-ordination with your team. Our charges towards
such deputation shall be as follows to be borne by you (Customer).
1. Fees for Visa Service etc.,
2 UP & DOWN Air Fare/ 2nd A C Class Train Fare as applicable from Belgaum top your site
our charges for such deputation are:-
3 You have to provide Good Quality accommodation and food to our team.
4] US $ 100 per person per day chargeable from the date of departure to the date of arrival,
Inclusive of both days and any holidays.
Our Personal should be provided with necessary assistance of man power (at least 4 workers), Tools
and Equipments and other requirements, if any.
1 You should provide local transportation
2 Free telephone with ISD/STD facility to be provided by you.
3 Charges for the required spare parts will have to be borne by you
4 Inland transportation and transportation between the accommodation to site.
5 Best medical treatment for first aid for their illness and their injuries
6 All possible protection for safety and security during stay in buyer’s country.
7 Our engineers/technicians shall work for eight (8) hours a day excluding one (1) hour break
for Lunch, six days a week. Weekly and National holidays of the buyer countries shall be free from
the work
8 If erection & commissioning is not required, the balance 2% after commission payment should be
paid before delivery of machines.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Our scope of supply covers, one no extrusion press complete with power pack, electrical control panel.
Operating control desk as described in specifications & technical data.
MANUAL -Two copies of press operating & maintenance instructions manuals will be supplied
along with the press. The manuals will be supplied on receipt of full & final payment.

NOTE - Following are not included in our scope of supply.

1] Tooling like dies and dies supports, material etc.
2] Foundation work, pipe and cable trenches etc for the press.
3] Inter connecting wiring between main control panel and press control panel.
4] Main isolator and fuses.
5] Hydraulic oil.
6] Billet transfer equipment/s.
7] Any other auxiliary equipment/s, attachment etc. are not covered in our offer.

The pressing speeds & other technical data specified in this quotation are purely theoretical and may
differ in practice. Due to our constant efforts for developments, we shall supply the press with our
latest developments, & hence the specifications, illustrations are subject to change without notice.

WARRENTY
We hereby warrantee the equipment manufactured and supplied by us for a period of Twelve months
from date of delivery or Twelve months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier.
The nature of warrantee is as follows.
If within warrantee period any parts of the equipment supplied by us is proven to be of defective raw
material, faulty workmanship, we shall repair or give free replacement for such parts as quickly as
possible. The decision of repair or free replacement is to be taken by M/S.SPM CONTROLS only. The
expenses for such work will be borne by M/s. SPM CONTROLS, provided that the equipment
supplied by us is installed under the supervision of our erection and commissioning personnel and
operated in normal working conditions.
All cost of dismantling such defective parts as well as reinstallation of new parts are to be borne by the
customer. Warrantee period for items repaired and or replaced shall not exceed the warrantee period of
equipment. All defective parts removed from the equipment during warrantee period shall be the
property of M/s. SPM CONTROLS and the same shall be returned to SPM CONTROLS within one
month from the date of removal of parts or our authorised personnel shall be entitled to carry away
such parts. The warrantee for all the bought out items as given by the suppliers shall be passed to you.

This warranty is not applicable to Toolings such as container, stem, Fixed dummy block etc., as well
as consumable components/parts like oil seals, 'o' rings, rubber components etc & also parts subjected
to normal wear and tear.

Within warrantee period, if the full payment is not received by SPM Controls within two weeks after
successful commissioning / maximum one month from the date of dispatch, the warrantee will expire.
We will not be responsible for any claims raised by the purchaser.

*APART FROM THE ABOVE T & C, IF ANY PART LEFT OUT OR TO BE ADDED /
MODIFIED SHOULD BE MUTUALLY DISCUSSED & AGREED FOR SMOOTH WORKOUT
OF THE PROJECT.

obligation to incorporate such changes or additions in its machines previously manufactured and sold.
