MARCA 2022

Description:
Project MARCA is a collaborative effort between the University Student Government and
Marketing and Communications Office of La Salle University to produce video materials for the
upcoming Career Guidance e-Caravan Year 2 which will feature each college.

Objectives:
1. Develop knowledge on the different colleges of La Salle University.
2. Showcase student’s creativity.
3. Market the different colleges and programs offered in La Salle University to its non-
Lasallian viewers.

Mechanics:
1. Participants must be members of the college they are enrolled in.
2. There is no limit in the number of participants shown in each video entry. Members can
be all male or all female or a combination of both.
3. The concept of the video must be about students showcasing their college and the
programs they are offering. Participants should also answer these guide questions and
feature them in the video:
a. What have been your experiences during your online classes?
b. What is the best part about your college?
c. What is/are your dream career/s and how can your future career/s help others?
4. Videos can have narration; it can also feature a person in front of a camera in a vlog style;
it can also contain pictures and smaller video clips. Participants are encouraged to be
creative.
5. The entry shall be produced using any digital/mobile equipment (cameras, lighting
equipment, editing software, etc.) provided by the team.
6. If an entry is filmed outdoors, COVID-19 protocols, such as wearing of face masks
and physical distancing (Refer: Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of
Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) Omnibus Guidelines of the Implementation
of Community Quarantine in the Philippines with amendments as of January 21,2021),
must be strictly observed.
7. In accordance to copyright laws, music used in any entry must be original, royalty-free or
in the public domain.
8. Videos must be no longer than 90 seconds, must be in at least 720p resolution and in
.mp4 or .avi format. The file name should be the abbreviation of the college name. i.e.
CAS, CBA, CCSEA, etc.
9. Entries should be submitted on or before February 28, 2022 on this Google Drive link:

Criteria for judging:

Content
(showcasing the college in a compelling and astoundingly 25%
