Executive summary
Mars Netherlands is doing a new business plan to establish a “Human Settlement”. It will be
done by 2023 on mars. The mission of this business plan is exploration. It provides a next level
exploration on mars full of encouragement. Enthusiasm is the best criteria to get this kind of
business plan. It provides a mission and vision statement for the universe. It can change the
thinking and understanding of things (Bozdağ, 2017). The personal and professional skills are
developed when I work on this business plan. It provides lots of focus to complete the work
within time with better teamwork capability.
Opportunity
The opportunity of ty enew business provides the key element of the business plan is
opportunities. Mars Netherlands has the opportunity to make this kind of exploration business
plan. The opportunity comes to identify the new customers of the market. It identifies the new
business segment by identifying the target market. It depends on such factors-

For this type of business plan the organization has the best platform to execute the plan with
better gagging of market share. Once the project is completed the rest of the world will celebrate
the moment and for Mars Netherlands is easy to capture the international market (Tutton, 2018).

The investors, business partners, colleagues, and the employees should obtain the missions and
