Description – Working with SBI, responsible for providing Dynatrace as APM solution that
enables the customer to understand the end-user experience and measure service level
agreements (SLAs). Map all transactions to the end-to-end infrastructure, as well as
conduct incident triage and root-cause diagnosis in a complete and integrated solution.
Responsibilities –
Sizing of Dynatrace Infrastructure for SBI Internet Banking application.
Installed and Configured Dynatrace from scratch for the various Internet Banking
applications.
Performed OS level configurations (service & package installation and configuration
of OS level parameters as per Dynatrace requirements).
Developed Customizable Dashboards using Dynatrace for each application.
Created alerts and action for the applications health.
Conducted triage, identified stakeholders, and perform root-cause analysis for the
