Not only the Department of Trade and Industry but also several government agencies are investing in
trainings, seminars, and livelihood workshops due to its benefits not only for the person involved itself
but also to the economy and society.

We are privileged kasi as early as now, kahit SHS ka pa lang pinagaaralan na natin ang Entrepreneurship.

So ano ano nga ba ang mga benefits ng pagnenegosyo lalo na dito sa ating bansa?

(1) CREATE EMPLOYMENT - May grocery store na itinayo dito sa bayan namin, hindi naman kaya ng may-
ari na sya mag-isa magoperate nun di ba? Ikaw, kaya mo ba ikaw na cashier, ikaw pa yung bagger, ikaw
na stock man ikaw pa security guard? Haha So tulad nyan at ng lahat ng mga businesses being
established sa isang lugar kailangan nito ng mga empleyado o tauhan. Kaya mas hinihikayat na ang iisang
lugar ay mas maging buusiness -friendly to attract investors dahil kapag mas maraming negosyo sa isang
lugar, mmas marami ang opportunities ng mga taong walang trabaho na magkaroon nito.

(2) Develop new markets- When we say "markets" its malawak. Una, if there is entrepreneurship there
are lots of undiscovered places na umuunlad dahil nadedevelop. One concrete example is Jollibee, they
are known for being the leader in expanding their business in different locations not only here sa

Pangalawa, Dati yung mga mamimili once na may gusto silang bilhin, they would go to the stores and
buy the product pero ngayon people may buy products in the internet and the products will be
delivered na lang to them. So, aside from physical stores, busineses are putting their products in
different platforms kasi there are set of customers willing and able to buy, you just have to find where

(3) Introduces innovation- Innovation is different from invention. Pag invention, it is creating something
totally new while innovation is enhancing and improving what is already existing. Kung ipinanganak ka

Products and services improve because businessman know that customers are always looking for
something new. Parang jowa mo may nakitang mas "innovated" kaya doon sumama. Kaya importante
ang innovation kasi dadating ang panahon na hindi ka na magiging sapat (yung product I mean).

(4) Generates new sources of materials -Balik tayo sa sinabi ng teacher mo sa Economics unlimted needs
and wants pero, oh ano ang pero? LIMTED ANG RESOURCES. Eh paano ngayon yun? Oh edi bahala ka.

constantly searching for new sources of materials to provide a product.

(5) Stimulates investment interest in the new business ventures being created - Pag may nagtayong isa,
susunod na ang marami. Kaya kung mapapansin nyo magkakatabi ang mga tindahan with the same
product or service offerring kasi established na ang market sa lugar na iyon. Halimbawa, Saan bilihan ng
bulaklak? Saan yung pagawaan ng cellphone? Saan ang bilihan ng lechon baboy? For sure may isang
common answer ang lahat.

(6) Improves quality of life- For sure nanonood kayo ng KMJS, maraming na-feature doon na from being
