1. Process Note: How to Register for the identified Training Program/s for Self Nomination Programs

Step I: Visit the Learning Campus Portal

Visit the India Learning Campus portal: https://intranet.learning-campus.siemens.com/IN/en/index.do

Step II: Click on relevant Portfolio

Step V: Choose the batch as per preferred Date and Location. Click on ‘Cart’ icon.

Step VI: Click ‘Ok’ on Approval message

Step XIII: Last step is to receive the Confirmation of Registration

Your Registration process is


complete. You will receive the
confirmation along with the Order
Number.

Thereafter, this workflow will go


to your Manager for further
approval.

PS: Once the respective program is scheduled, you would be invited through an email to register yourself for that program. This
request will further be subject to your Manager’s approval. Thus, it is mandatory to align your Request list with your Manager before
submitting the same.
