Campus Master Plan & Physical education college design

Subject Outline:
To redevelop and propose a new master plan for Bharati Vidyapeeth (Katraj) campus and redesign Physical Education College.

Objectives of the project:

- To Provide Sports facility (indoor & outdoor).

Scope:
- To rework on circulation pattern. - Separatation of vehicular and pedestrian circulation.
- To introduce recreational facilities like amphitheatre, auditorium , library for the students.
- To work on placement of Physical education college and hostels if required as per design.
- Departments to have individual parking spaces.
- Redesigning entry/exit points.Create new entry or exit points or close any.
- To add more number of canteens which makes it easily accesible to all the colleges in the University campus.
- Remove and relocate STP from the active zone of the site.
- Common library and common canteens to be designed.
-To provide common spaces for each department for better intaraction between students

Limitations:
- Memorial location can not be changed.
- Can not touch specific building- medical and engineering blocks.
- New girls hostel to be kept as it is.
- Sports ground area cannot be increased.
