1. This Non Destructive Examination Plan Exhibit No – 41 Rev. No. 01 complied with the requirements of Indian Boiler Regulation.
2. This NDE Plan shall be followed in addition of any special requirement of customer & engineering drawings.
3. NDE Lab-In charge shall be responsible for all NDE activities as per NDE Plan & authorized for the clearance of all pressure part items, QC In charge/Engineer
shall release the finished items after the clearance report of NDE Department.
