This is a standard reset model that can enable you to redirect your focus and reshuffle your life
for the rest of the year.
1. Reflection:
Reflection involves the deliberate thinking about your own
behavior and beliefs in an honest way. It’ll allow you to develop
an awareness of your mental and emotional states and actions.
Action: Allow yourself to think about your past/future without
any judgments and record all your thoughts up till now.
2. Evaluate:
Closely look at the activities and things in your current lifestyle.
Realistically take into consideration your priorities, your time,
resources and abilities.
Action: Ask yourself questions, evaluate what worked, what
didn’t and why.
3. Simplify:
Be aware of overcomplicating things and moving straight to a
high, unrealistic level.
Action: Keep things simple, start at a basic level. Choose your
main intentions. What can you say NO to in order to say YES
to what really matters?
4. Establish a plan:
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Action: Create a plan in order to achieve results in smart time.
Add a regular Review & Update.
5. Time block:
Make a realistic time frame for doing your activities,
planning or anything!. This directly supports productivity,
accountability and increases the achievement of your dream

Mindset shifting is a process; it is a skill to develop for the rest of your life, there is no shortcut to
recreating your ultimate mindset. Everything that you want to achieve is in your hands and your
determination.
The most important thing is for you to always be ready to Reset, Shift and Renew yourself on a regular
basis. But in a way that will not cause anxiety, hostility or fear. This is why I’ve put together this
guidebook for you, to take it step by step. And remember, you will always face life challenges and
setbacks that you have to deal with. So see this as a tool, some I’m sure you have already, to help you
on the road to happiness and a more fulfilling life. I’m voting for you to mentally and emotionally
experience RESET growth. To have a healthier mind frame than before.
The cool thing about this is once you become aware of how you can check your mindset and redirect
yourself to something positive, you will not be a failure. And you will get to a stage where you’ll see
these failures as small lessons in life. It’s a FACT!! I can’t wait to hear your feedback once you’ve
