Phase 1:
PROMPTS AND MICRO-GOALS
The idea behind this phase is to create smaller
goals that you can actually achieve, instead of
focussing on (and getting overwhelmed by) the
bigger picture.
Here are some prompts you can use to get you thinking about the small things...that add up very quickly to
the bigger goals you want to achieve in your life.

PROMPTS:

If you could achieve one thing in your business in the next 90 days, what would it be?

How do you want your personal relationships to improve in the next 90 days?

What aspects of your lifestyle do you want to improve in the next 90 days?

How much do you want to increase your income in the next 90 days?

Are there any projects that need to be completed in the next 90 days?

What does your perfect day look like, from the moment you wake up, to the moment you go to bed?

What are you desiring more of in your life right now?

How do you want to feel every day?

Phase 2:
THE FOUNDATION OF FEELING
Once you’ve completed answer to the prompts,
and have an idea of what you’d like to create in
the next 90 days, I add a sentence to the end of
each one.

FEELINGS:

I SAY:

...because it will make me feel _______.


OR:

...because it will make me feel like a _______.

I found that if I don’t link my goals to a feeling I want to feel, I just won’t follow through, simple as that.

The real magic in goals comes down to how you want to feel.

For example, I didn’t start exercising seriously until I got super clear that I wanted to feel physically and
mentally strong. Now, given that I so strongly align with that feeling, you will find me in the gym or the
studio 6 days a week without fail.

It’s all about the feeling. And it is so important to me to feel strong.

Phase 3:
WRITE THE LETTER
The final piece to making your goals a reality is
to write the letter to yourself as if these things
have already happened.
EXAMPLE:

Dear Sunny,

I am so proud of you for taking weekly dance classes. You’ve been so consistent, and it’s played a huge part
in balancing your work with having fun and reclaiming your feminine energy.

Your business has grown to $$ per month, and you’ve officially on-boarded all of your team members. The
company culture is the best it’s ever been, because you’ve done a great job of letting go of control, and
elevating your team.

Your relationship with your boyfriend is amazing, and you guys are getting closer and closer every day. It’s
the kind of relationship you’ve dreamed of.

A few things to keep in mind:

BE KIND
You’re writing this letter from your future self, to your current self. Be kind, encouraging, and use your
imagination to think of how amazing things can be!

GET JUICY!
Write it as though it’s already happened! Get juicy! Describe how it feels! The more you can vividly embody these
goals of yours, the more you set the scene, and you can just step into the magic.

KEEP THE LETTER WITH YOU


Keep the letter with you, like in your wallet, and read the sentences out loud as if they are already a reality. Try to
do this every day.

SMALL GOALS
Focus on keeping the goals small, despite the urge to go big!

DITCH PERFECTION
Don’t worry about making it perfect, because you’re going to be doing it again in 90 days anyway!
