HOSPITAL DIRECTOR
Job Description:
• Lead, direct and develop Hospital management team as well as Hospital Committees to ensure
that Hospital-wide business plans / strategies are implemented effectively
• Be accountable for overall full performance and hence reputation of the Hospital
• Lead recruitment of doctors with the objectives of the achievement of the planned budget and to
potentially develop the Hospital services and drive the business further
• Lead decision-making discussions in ensuring smooth day-to-day hospital business operation in
delivering high quality and safety patient care
• Provide necessary direction, guidance and/or solutions to any relevant executives to effectively
resolve issues that are beyond their authorities
• Lead management discussions around cost optimisation and spearhead new initiatives that could
help to manage OPEX and CAPEX at the Hospital
• Represent the Hospital in establishing trust and developing good working relationships with key
external parties
• Cultivate a collaborative culture to promote inclusivity, productivity and behaviour that are
consistent with the Group’s overall values and strategies
• Be constantly aware of current practices and trends in the field as well as changes in applicable
regulatory requirements so as to ensure maintenance of the highest standard of practice

Qualification:
• Registered and licensed doctor / specialists with at least 10 years of clinical work experience in full
service acute Hospital environment (preferably with at least 5 years of managerial experience in
relevant field)
• Customer-focused with ability to interact with patients, visitors and other stakeholders to
understand their needs
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian medical regulation, code of ethics and other professional
principles
• Bachelor/Master in Medicine or Specialists with relevant professional qualification

ANCILLARY SERVICES AND MEDICAL AFFAIR
DIVISION HEAD
Job Description:
• Provide leadership and guidance in directing and developing medical professionals
(including allied health, RMOs and Specialists) to ensure Hospital’s ancillary and medical
services strategies, business plans and initiatives are established and implemented
effectively in alignment with approved budget, agreed performance targets as well as any
applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Be accountable for achievement of overall performance targets and budgets of the
Hospital ancillary and medical services business
• Be subject matter expert in field of ancillary and medical services, actively contribute in
Hospital Management discussion to support them in hospital business planning /
decision-making,

Qualification:

Job Description:
• Oversee performance of outsourced 3rd party service agencies and provide necessary guidance
and support in ensuring alignment to Group’s marketing communication strategy

Qualifications:
• At least 8-10 years' of relevant work experience in advertising, public communications, marketing,
or other relevant fields (preferably in healthcare industry with at least 5 years' of managerial
experience)
• Exceptional written / oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and
motivate others
• Experience in dealing with media, advertising agencies and government authorities
• Strong business acumen and ability to make independent decisions / judgments
• Experience in dealing with the finance teams in large corporates, insurance companies and
government authorities Experience in leading, coordinating and managing cross-functional team in
matrix environment
