DEMOCRATIC STYLE, BECAUSE IT ALLOWS LOWER-LEVEL EMPLOYEES TO EXERCISE AUTHORITY THEY'LL NEED TO
USE WISELY IN FUTURE POSITIONS THEY MIGHT HOLD. THE LEADER MAKES DECISIONS BASED ON THE INPUT OF
EACH TEAM MEMBER. ALTHOUGH HE OR SHE MAKES THE FINAL CALL, EACH EMPLOYEE HAS AN EQUAL SAY ON
A PROJECT'S DIRECTION.

RESTRICT IN SOME WAY SO THAT OUR TEACHERS CAN PERFORM THEIR DUTIES APPROPRIATELY. THERE ARE
THINGS THAT CANNOT BE AGREED UPON BUT FOR ME IT NEEDS TO BE DISCUSSED PROPERLY AND STILL THE
FINAL SAY IS STILL WITH THE PRINCIPAL. WHEN AN INSTITUTION IS EFFECTIVELY ORGANIZED, ITS EMPLOYEES
CAN WORK EFFICIENTLY.
