SAFETY WITH (HSE)

1. Process

Safety for Driving & Riding.

There are several matters that we have to check before we driving & riding. First
is checking all the equipment of the vehicle, SIM and STNK. When we driving or
riding we have to make some distance from other vehicle, especially a big
vehicle and also we have to avoiding a blind zone.

Safety for Maintenance.

Maintenance in production plant. If a mechanic want to do a maintenance they
have to prepare hexane detector. Before we use the detector, we have to check
the LEL or lower explosive limit under 5%.
Maintenance in highness. If we have a job with high above 1,8 meter, we have to
use body harness. This body harness can reduce the pressure when we fall
down.
Maintenance in gas tank. If we want to check something in the gas tank, so we
have to make sure the O2 content in there is between 19,5-23,5%. If in the O2
content in that area bellow 19,5, so we have to use breathing apparatus.
Manual handling. We also have to carefully in manual handling, if we want to
lifting something more than 19 kg, so we better use a tool. Don’t lift a thing more
than 19 kg alone.
