Lessons learned:
- The training purpose is to give basics knowledge on
the quality tools that frequently used on daily work at
the company. The tools are cause and effect diagrams,
flow charts, check sheets, histograms, pareto charts
control charts and scatter diagrams

CELL A
- Involve complex machining process.
- Contain high scale machine like Carnaghi
AC40, Starrag and CMM room.
- Involve turning and cutting process where
1200kg with 18 mm wall thickness Titanium
Front case turn into 600kg with 3-8 mm
thickness.

- Involve complex machining and inspection
process
- Contain small scale machine like Carnaghi
AC20,CMM and FPI room.
- NDT inspection such as FPI and X-ray takes
place and also dimension inspection on CMM.

- Contain few welding bay and dressing booths.
- Also contain oven, painting and inspection
room.

CONCLUSION
Company overview:
- Stable working time and good work environment. Minimum over time
staff due to not much delay work. Bosses always encourages their staff
to increase their motivational spirit and keep continuing to improve
themselves.
- Safety is very prioritize. – achieved a remarkable safety standard of
1,500 days without industrial accident [or “Zero LTI (Lost-Time-Injury)”].
And only 1 case of Covid 19 recorded among the staff since the
pandemic started last year because the company takes very serious on
the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the factory.
- Very friendly and hardworking staff. Always offer to teach and
provides help or support to each other.
