Executive Summary
Our business is engaged in the beverage processing industry, the product we make
is named SUJAPUL (Milk Corn, Seaweed). SUJAPUL is a processed healthy drink that is
good for the human body with various ingredients, both corn and seaweed. Good consumed
at any time and easy to carry everywhere and can be consumed in the long term. SUJAPUL is
here as an answer to the community's need to consume healthy drinks to support the healthy
lifestyle they live, for that we believe this product can be liked by the community.

178,200. This profit is obtained from the sale of 100 bottles of SUJAPUL size 200 miles
which are priced at 10,000 per bottle. The cost we need is around 2,500 consisting of
the cost of production equipment, the cost of raw materials per day, fixed expenses and
publication costs.

In this SUJAPUL business we need a minimum of 8 people, namely someone who plays a role
in the extracting and mixing process, packaging to the distribution process. The division of labor
is deemed necessary so that the production and marketing processes become more efficient
and effective. We will
invite many partners to participate in our business, namely from the community such as
fishermen, supermarket services, small stalls, the community to students. All of these partners
will later be taught in marketing our business, especially for small communities and students so
that they can open up new job opportunities.
Market targets
The amount and price of the product, the amount provided is 100 bottles per day with a
size of 200 ml. This amount will be used as a trial in providing market needs. If it is
widely accepted, it will be adjusted to how much the community needs for our Sujapul
products. Regarding the price, the 200 ml Sujapul product is priced at Rp. 10,000.

flavors.

Competitors will always be in this business, including sellers of other fresh drinks, therefore
we will continue to try to create new ideas for this product so as not to lose out in
