BREAKING THE GLASS CEILING IN LEADERSHIP ROLES

On the 8th of march 2022 better known as international women’s day, the
Judicial Services / APO/ UGC / Net Guidance Committee NMIMS Kirit P.
Mehta School of Law conducted an online webinar on “breaking glass
sealings”. Seeking wisdom and inspiration from the honourable guest speaker,
Ms. Ratna M, students learned the importance of hard work and self-belief.
From 4:41 pm to 5:12 pm Ms. Ratna shared insights into her own life in the
corporate world and discussed the importance of leadership by providing
historic examples of strong women leaders. This truly contemporary webinar
left the inspired students with the experiences of a truly independent and
successful woman leader.
