For me is Team building becauseit is the process of turning a group of individual

contributing employees into a cohesive team. A team is a group of people
organized to work together interdependently and cooperatively to meet the
needs of their customers by accomplishing their purpose and goals.

can be achieved. Mainly Technical writings are something new or
existing concept based on the same technical domain. Here the writer
avoids to explain a specific subject matter by providing his/her own
point of view.

2. Academic Writing :
Academic writing refers to a piece of writing which focuses on proving
