Analysis

We usually observe these changes in males and females when they reach puberty,
although an infant growing up regardless of the sex, we can already see the growth of arms and
legs and an increase in height, it is when both sexes reaches puberty that these changes are
noticeable. To name one of those examples is when males usually increase their muscular mass
when they reach puberty and on females their waistline is getting more composed, these are the
visible changes that can be seen at first. Body mass, between males and females can highly be
distinguished since males tend has more volume when it comes to muscle mass while females
tend to notice in their increase mass in their bossom which is the development of their breasts
and their body mass tends to look like an hourglass. These changes are usually evidently visible
especially when they are on their pre-adolescent period, and because this changes are visible, the
hormones in the body of a young individual for both sexes tend to grow exponentially fast since
the body is secreting hormones such as testosterone for men and progesterone for women.

These hormones are crucial in the changes for men and women which plays a vital role in
their growth. The increase in bust size and thinning of the waistline is a result not only of puberty
but the secretion of hormones in females which is not present in males. While the massive
increase in height and profound muscles are the result of testosterone which is present in men
which usually makes men who they are. These changes decrease as both sexes grow older and
other factors might affect these changes such as lifestyle and diet. It is said that these changes
even on puberty might not happen if the body is not given proper nutrition and without proper
exercise and diet, our body might shrink or we might experience nutrient deficiency that stunts
growth.
