LIFT INSTALLATION

Notes:-

Prices to be filled in are installed prices inclusive of

equipment, parts and components, accessories, taxes,
freight, labour, profit, preliminaries, etc., in accordance to the
specifications and drawings.
All installations must comply with FM Global, FM/UL, IEC,
NFPA, authority having jurisdiction, safety requirements,
client's specifications and benchmark to existing
installation/system/services including but not limited to
designs, brands & methods.

i. This Bill is to be read in conjunction with Drawings,

Specifications and Preliminaries.
Preliminaries shall be included in the Schedule of Works
for MBW. Sub-contractor shall obtained a copy from the
Main Contractor and quoted separately to the Main
Contractor.

ii. The words "as described" where used in this Bill shall
mean as described in the above documents.

iii. The quantities in this Bill are for Contractor's guidance

only and shall not form part of the Contract; except for
works where quantities measured as "PROVISIONAL"
are subject to remeasurement based on actual work
executed.

iv. Contractor shall fill in details any item or quantity not

included in this Bill but necessary for the satisfactory
completion, performance and functionality of the works
and/or system. If it is not priced, it shall be deemed
included in the total price.

v. The description in this Bill shall form an integral part of

the Specification. In case of discrepancy, difference or
divergence between the Drawings and the Specification,
Contractor shall report to the Engineer for decision.

vi. Failure to bring to the Engineer's attention any such

discrepancy, difference or divergence before acceptance
of award shall result in the same being resolved at no
additional cost and/or time.

vii. Allow for any remedial works and making good to

damaged existing structures, public services and etc., to
the complete satisfaction of the Engineer and local
authorities.

viii. All surplus excavated material shall be removed from site

to Contractor own dumps.

ix. The Contractor shall visit and inspect the site and shall
arquaint himself with the full extent and character of the
works. No claim for Variation, alteration or additional in
payment at any time to be considered or admitted on the
ground of lack of knowlegde of the works, deficiency of
description on accessioned any and default of inspection
on the part of the tenderer.
