BILL NO. 01 : GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The work under this Contract comprises the provision of all

material, plant & labour of whatever kind necessary and
the proper performance of every operation required for the
complete and proper construction, completion,
commissioning & maintenance including all Architectural,
Structural, Mechanical, Electrical services and External
works. The exact Scope of Work is indicated in the Tender
Drawings.

General

The Tenderer shall insert a lump sum or rate to each

individual item, Clause or sub clause in this bill which he
considers has a financial implication or is of financial
value. Where the Contractor considers that an item, clause
or sub clause has no financial value he shall insert 'NIL'.
No lump sum shall be inserted covering more than one,
item, clause or sub clause.

The value of services and obligations involved in all the

items, clauses and sub clauses in this bill shall not be
included in rates or prices in other bills of quantities, but
shall be priced in their totality in this bill.
