MEP REPORT

1.Provide Proper water proofing above substation

2.Provide wall mounted rain water outlet and free discharge
3.Conduct water leakage test at toilet and wash basins in toilet and kitchen area
4.Conduct slope test inside the toilet and wash basin
5.Provide threshold as per civil engineer for wet areas
6.Complete the riser duct insulation work
7.Need to complete toilet light, exhaust work
8.Must be conduct water proofing test inside the toilet above tile for slope and leakage test
9.Fix shower washer properly in toilet
10. Water supply gate valve should be in accessible location
11. Junction box in toilet need to fix
12. GT-05 Make properly for the flow of waste water
13. All external and internal water and holding tank cover must be GRP type ,To avoid inrush of
water to inside
14. Provide Proper support for the ducts in GF entrance area ,for joins
15. Kitchen sockets must be below the counter-as per DEWA
16. Confirm LPG detector in free air area , no closed area
17. All service room door opening should be outwards
18. All opening telecom room above false ceiling must be closed with fire sealant
19. Submit the material submittal for fire sealant
20. 32A isolator need to provide in telecom room as per ETISALAT
21. Provide earth bar in Telecom room
22. At Kitchen one Floor Trap and cleanout missed ,required clarification
23. Provide 45 bend for grease trap instead of using 90 degree
24. In kitchen, Tel DB schedule name tag should be adjusted as per schedule
25. Sound level must be checked for AC machines in the dining area and it should be below 30 db
26. Complete the insulation of ducts inside the Dining area toilet
27. Provide Proper support for PPR Pipes in Dining toilet
28. PPR Isolation valves must be provided in GF dining area as per Shop drawing
29. Suggest to provide Threshold in dining area toilet to avoid entering water to dining area
30. Bare cables not acceptable inside the false ceiling it should be through flexible and pvc conduits
31. All external water supply must be provided with insulation
32. Provide Name tag for all the ducts and pipes inside false ceiling for maintenance purpose
33. Must be conduct leakage test for PPR and drainage Pipes
34. Electrical wires segregation should be provided( DB wise) in GF high level and risers - final
approval subjected to DEWA, for any comment from DEWA contractor need to rectify with full
responsibility
35. Consider Bip taps on bus parking area for cleaning purpose (not in drawing )
First floor / Typical Floor/Roof
36. Provide Proper tap insulation for all control cables of ac with copper pipe
37. Complete Riser Duct insulation work
38. Toilet Lighting exhaust work is not completed
39. All copper pipe should be covered with insulation or through flexible conduit
40. No bare insulated wires acceptable inside typical floor garbage room, provide flexible
41. Fix properly the junction box inside the false ceiling
42. Clean all the ducts before closing the false ceiling
43. Rectify Brocken insulation
44. Complete duct insulation in shaft
45. Provide Protection for copper pipe
46. Proper Water proofing test must be conducted for wash basin in toilet
47. Fix shower washer properly in toilet cubicle
48. All PPR Gate valve should be in accessible location and same should be shown in the as built
drawing
49. WC bib tap is loose, need to rectify
50. Lights and Exhaust need to provide in toilet
51. Consider Mirror light wiring /conduit
52. Fire hose reel face plate should be inline with wall
53. All electrical junction box in toilet need to fix
54. Typical floor SMDB to DB electrical wire pulling should be through separate conduit inside the
tray or trunking , at site provided through single trunking – final approval subjected to DEWA, for
any comment from DEWA contractor need to rectify with full responsibility
55. Properly fix the grill inside the room
56. Properly close all the MEP services opening with approved fire sealant
57. Provide Proper support for PPR Pipe terminals in toilet area
58. Provide Provision for Drinking water cooler in typical floor as per tender drawing
59. Use flexible conduit for loose wires inside the false ceiling
 60. Don’t make 180 degre. bend for PEX Pipes inside toilet false ceiling
61. Typical floor toilet vent pipe need to connect with soil Pipe
62. Follow PEX color code inside the toilet
63. For AC control wire joins should take NOC from supplier
64. For any Power cable joining should be as per DEWA requirement
65. Cables segregation need to be done on roof for different DB outgoings
66. At roof copper pipe should be insulated as per spec and neatly arranged with tray
67. All the water supply pipes on the roof should be insulated as per spec
68. LPG Tank clearance from parapet should be as per DCD and approved drawing
69. Solar calorifier external cladding need to rectify
70. All metal parts should be earthed on the roof
