 Daniel Goleman, define EI as the array of skills and characteristics that

drive leadership performance.
 The capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to
handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

CHARACTER OF GEET
She is an extrovert:

 While in the introduction scene when she gets in the train, she talks to
the people openly and she explains to the person who is carrying
luggage
 She was the firecracker.
 She was careless, yet she cared even for strangers.
(We can relate this to the 1 in the big 5 trait E – Extrovert.)

She loves herself:

 “Main apni favourite hoon” taught us that self-love.

 In one scene she explains that she loves herself more than people
around her.
 She is adventurous person.

Courageous or Brave:
 Geet made her own rules so that she can own up her mistakes too . 
  taught us how to make mistake, learn and move on in life.

Empathy:
 She feels empathy for the people around her as she says “my friends
used to say their problems” and I used to solve them in the train.
 Even in the lodge she understands the feeling of character Aditya
kashyap and helps him to come out of his EX LOVER marriage and
make him to burn the photo and feel him to be better.

Conscientiousness:

 She is live in moment type of person who doesn’t care about the
future, a care free person
 What next will happen doesn’t bother, she is all fun. And she
wants to enjoy the moment and she wants to be responsible for
all her decisions
 She explains this in many scenes.
 She doesn’t care when they are forced to leave the lodge/hotel
and travel in buses and different vehicles.

General observations on her character.

 Because of her character hero can come out of many of his problems and he also
mentions that he started thinking like how geet used to think and all his problems has
been solved and he is in good position
 And she also lost her emotional intelligence in some point of time as anshuman left her
and she lost all the hope in life.
 Because of hero giving her chance to scold anshuman she feels much better so this
means she also loses emotion sometimes but not for every small thing.
