TASK 2

MANAGEMENT OF REVERSE LOGISTICS

RETURN LOGISTICS PROCESS

UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL ABIERTA Y A DISTANCIA

INTRODUCTION

In this work it is carried out in order to highlight the importance of the reverse logistics
that is part of the logistics of supplies of the companies taking into account the
advantages offered by the recovery of waste that among its advantages offers cost
reduction and reduction of the exploitation of natural resources.

There is some waste to which the recovery options process can be carried out, these
practices allow to give a competitive advantage to the companies that apply them.

The recovery of some waste allows reuse through some procedures what would be an
endless cycle in some materials, the type of process should be taken into account and
to which waste can be applied. Reverse logistics offers waste recovery options and its
objective is to take advantage of its value.

THE AUTHORS
OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE:

Understand the concepts of recovery options that can be applied to some wastes which
aims at reuse.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

 Identify each of the recovery options that can be applied in the return logistics
 Conceptualize the application of recovery options in the return flows of reverse
logistics
 Highlight waste recovery options applied to a reverse logistics system that occur
in companies

CONCLUSIONS

Reverse logistics is efficiently implemented waste recovery options processes in which

you must work together with the supplier, distributor and customer, taking into account
to give a better performance to these materials by applying recovery options with which
you can process each product for reuse as many times as possible or provide a
treatment as a final process when reuse is no longer possible.

Thanks to the study of the logistic return of the paper, we can understand the
importance of obtaining the greatest use of this, although the recovery of energy of this
is little if we can find a variety of reuses and companies in charge of its recycling and
manufacturing.

From the work done I can conclude that I learned how to use repair techniques we can
recover paper in its different presentations, whether in books, books, business
documents, etc. In the same way I can also conclude that paper repair techniques are
not as frequent, since they are mostly used for very important documents that have a
historical component or are confidential and do not have a copy of them
