SUMMONER SPELLS
FLASH
It is very important to always take Flash on Alistar. Not only
does Flash help you defensively to survive any sticky
situations, Flash provides easy setup for Alistar’s W + Q combo.

IGNITE
Alistar is an aggressive lane support with high kill potential,
using Ignite synergizes with his overall playstyle.

EXHAUST
Alistar can also take Exhaust as an alternative to Ignite, in
matchups where you do not expect to be picking up kills or if
you are playing against assassins, Exhaust can be a good pick
TELEPORT
In rare scenarios, Teleport is a good summoner spell to start
with against a poke lane while using “Unsealed Spellbook”.
Teleport allows for the early back minimizing your experience
loss and you can always switch out Teleport after.

AFTERSHOCK
Aftershock allows Alistar to trade effectively during early game as you will
gain resistance when being hit by enemy champions. In addition, it also
does a small amount of AOE damage which can help the aggressive style
of Alistar.

BONE PLATING
Bone Plating is good for soaking early game damage from your enemy and
can help your Relic Shield stacks early levels.

SECOND WIND
Second Wind helps your early game in-lane sustain. This is especially good
against poke champions. In additional, with Alistar’s passive heal and
potions, you shouldn’t have the need to back early.

REVITALIZE
Revitalize helps Second Wind, Alistar’s passive, potions, and Relic Shield.
This should be taken to ensure maximum in-lane sustain.

him to keep the pressure on in-lane even if Flash is on cooldown. In
