the current scope of supply from any Sapura representative that is not covered in this
purchase order, the vendor should request for new purchase order to cover the additional
scope. Failing to adhere this will result in rejection of the invoice from the supplier.

All amounts payable for services rendered hereunder shall be subject to the withholding
of all applicable taxes and deductions required by any applicable law.
For any services/rental where applicable, supplier to submit the Certificate of Residence
(COR) during invoice submission.

Invoices to be submitted on time with all relevant supporting documents, invoices


submitted after 6 months from the date of supply of parts and/or services shall be
rejected.

All personnel travelling offshore must have valid documentation and certification like
Safety Passport, BOSIET, Medical, Boarding Pass, MHHA etc.

DELIVERY & PACKING INSTRUCTIONS


Seller shall use best commercial practice for packing and packaging of items to be
delivered under this Order, unless otherwise specified herein or in the Order. Refer to
Sapura Drilling PO General Term & Condition Clause 3.

1) An underwater examination of the hull is to be carried out by ABS approved in-water survey firm.
Please take note that this underwater examination is solely for the Fitness to Process under Tow, and
not to be used for crediting any overdue/upcoming Drydocking Survey in the future.

2) A minimum of two (2) ballast tanks are to be internally examined to confirm the structural integrity, as
the last examination of ballast tanks was in November 2012.

3) A general examination of the unit’s hull, to include damages, punctures or opening in the shell, deck
or tank tops is to be made. This includes the examination of structure of the unit to the extent necessary
to verify the material condition of the unit is acceptable for intended voyage. This may include
examination of tanks, voids, any primary and special application structures and NDE including thickness
measurements, if so deemed necessary.

4) All items connected with conditions of the load line assignment are to be examined, i.e. all closing
appliances to spaces below the freeboard and enclosed superstructure decks are in place, in working
order and capable of being made weathertight. If closing appliances are in need of repairs, same should
be addressed prior to issuing the certificate. Hose testing of any closing appliance may be required in
order to confirm weather tightness when deemed necessary.

5) The following items are to be examined and found or placed in satisfactory condition:
 Hatchways, manholes and scuttles in enclosed superstructure decks.
 Machinery casings, fidley covers, companionways and deck houses protecting openings in the
freeboard deck or enclosed superstructure decks.
 Portlights together with deadcovers or other openings in the unit’s sides or ends below the freeboard
deck or in way of enclosed superstructures.
 Ventilators, air pipes together with flame screens, scuppers and discharges serving spaces on or
below the freeboard deck.
 Watertight bulkheads, bulkhead penetrations, end bulkheads of enclosed superstructures and the
operation of any doors in same. Weathertight doors and closing appliances for all of the above including
stiffening, dogs, hinges and gaskets
 Freeing ports together with bars, shutters and hinges.

6) Sea valves and overboard discharge valves to be closed and wired locked. Bilge, ballast and transfer
valves to be closed. Bilges are to be dry.

7) The freeboard marks to be sighted and in accordance with the Load Line Certificate. The stability and
draft is to either be in accordance with approved manual, or has to be re-evaluated and reviewed by
ABS Engineering for this single voyage. No unapproved modifications including removal of equipment is
allowed that may affect the approved stability of the unit unless approved by ABS Engineering.
