Specification report accompanying the Detail Cum Abstract Estimate for

"Additional work for Construction of Sakhi/One stop Center Building at Narayanpet
(Mandal)"
3.75 Lakhs
Proposal submitting for the completion of work in all aspects additional Civil work, electricication, sanitory
estimates was prepared for submitting for administrative sanction.

(i) Civil Work :

1 EWE in all soils upto SDR without bailing out water charges for foundations .
2 PCC (1:4:8) prop: nominal mix for levelling course in foundations of columns of main building &
observation platform
3 R.R & CR Stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: for footings of panel walls and basement of main
building & observation platfrom
(ii) SUPER-STRUCTURE:
1 Brick masonry in CM (1:8) prop: using 2nd class traditional bricks having a minimum crushing
strength of 40 tonnes/sqmt for 230 mm thick walls in superstructure
2 Reinforced brick masonry in CM (1:4) prop: using 2nd class traditional bricks having a minimum
crushing strength of 40 tonnes/sqmt for 115 mm thick partition/toilet walls in superstructure
3 Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats, base coat 16 mm thick in CM (1:6) prop: and top coat 4 mm
thick in CM (1:4) prop: for uneven faces of internal & external walls

4 S&F of doors of size 1200x2100, 1000x2100 and of country wood door with hard wood shutter and
ISI marked flush door shutters of 35 mm thick single shutter with bond wood solid block board type
5 Supply and fixing SINGLE PANEL 30 mm thick Country wood DOOR, door shutters with shutter
frame and infill panel made from PVC material, the shutter frame made out of PVC extruded
6 Supply and fixing of aluminimum annodised partition as per drawing using standard aluminimum
annodised section of 63.5 x 38.1 x 1.53 mm (Jindal-20047) thick fitted with MDF Board: Interior-
7 Windows: Centre fixed both side openable shutter 6'-0" x 4'-6" (1828.8x1371.6mm) outer frame
section size of 46 x 52 mm shutter frame section size of 46 x 46 mm Mullion section size of 46 x
8 Ventilators: Fixed louvers 4'-0" x 2'-0" (1219.2x609.6mm)(Box section) outer frame section size of
33 x 57 mm Mullion section size of 33 x 57
9 Painting to new ceiling with two coats of white wash for external and internal colouring
10 External Colouring:Painting to new walls with 2 coats of two coats of water proof cement paint of
snowcem or equivalent of approved brand over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I
making making 3 coats

(iii) AMENITIES - Provision is made for Electrical, water supply and sanitary items
(iv) OTHER LUMPSUM PROVISIONS:
1 Provision towards GST @ 12 %
2 Provision towards NAC @ 0.10 %
3 Provision towards quality control @ 0.50%
4 Provision towards Seigniorage charges
5 Provision towards DMF @ 30% & SMET @ 2 % on Seigniorage charges
9 Provision towards unforeseen items, price sdjustment etc.,

The above estimate is prepared with CSSR 2021-22 and with the above provisions, the
total estimate cost arrived to Rs.3.75Lakhs, and the same estimate submitted for according
Administrative sanction
