The above work is proposed administratively sanction by the under Grants with estimate
cost of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs accordingly the estimate is prepared duly providing te following items of work

1 Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out,
construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50
m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical
Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH including contractor profit
2 Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix (cement:
fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size HBG (SS5) metal from approved quarry including cost and
conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including seigniorage charges,
Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as mixing, laying and
ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, including contractor
profit etc., complete for finished item of work for Foundations and Flooring Bed as per of BLD - CSTN -3-7

3 Random Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard granite stones from approved quarry
including cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site including
seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labor charges such as
cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing ,including contractor
profit etc., complete for finished item of work for foundation and basement including contractor profit (APSS No. 601
& 615) of AP Revised data BLD -CSTN- 6-13
4 RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size
graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of
all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including sales & other taxes
on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete,
curing ,including contractor profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished
item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering.of AP Revised data BLD -CSTN- 3-13

5 Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum
crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc.,
to site, including seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labor
charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, including
contractor profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504) of AP Revised data BLD -CSTN- 5-4

6 Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 12 mm thick in CM (1:5)prop and top coat of 8 mm thick in CM
(1:3)prop dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site,
seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labor charges such as
mixing mortar, scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by
Engineer - in - charge, finishing, curing,including contractor profit etc., complete for Even Surfaces of Wall for
finished item of work. (APSS 901,903 & 904) For Internal walls of AP Revised data BLD -CSTN- 8-9
7 Flush Pointing to RRS Masonry in CM(1:3) Prop: including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water
etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, Countryes & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental
charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, including contractor profit etc., complete for
finished item of work. (APSS 901,906) of AP Revised data BLD -CSTN- 7-2
8 Add 12% GST
9 Add 0.5% Q. C. Charges
10 Add L.S for other U/F items of work Gate

The estimate is prepared with SSR 2017-178 and with out over head Charges ,submitted for
according Adminstrative Sanction
