I, LUCY BRACERO, make a commitment to pay FCQ

WORLD WIDE, INC. or MINERVA FRANCISCO-CONCEPCION the
sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (P15,000.00). Repayment
will be made in 50 equal payments of THREE HUNDRED PESOS
(P300.00) per payment at zero (0) interest rate payable on the
15th of each month, beginning March 15, 2022 until the total
amount of debt is paid.
