Dear Major Gen. Dolina:

The highest and truest expression of self is love and charity. The true
legacy we will leave behind is not in the accumulation of wealth, fame and
reputation but is in every life we touch.
The King (Jesus) replied, “Whatever you do to the least of your brothers
and sisters you do it unto me.”

It is for these principles that ABAG DUKHA, a non-profit non-political movement, in

cooperation with the Rivers of the Living Water Catholic Community, Jesu Christi
Community of Cebu, Inc., Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, and the
LES Batch ’82, will reach out to the poorest of the poor including the PWDs, kids, senior
citizens, youth and adults who are in need of medical help specially from barangays and
schools in Punta, Tisa, Mambaling, Basak and 48 small communities under the Lourdes
shrine in Punta Princesa in a mission dubbed as
ONE LIFE TO LIVE mission on
October 20, 2019 (Sunday)
8:00 A.M. to early afternoon at the
Gym, of the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes,
Punta Princesa, Cebu City.
We will give the following services: medical, dental (extraction, cleaning plus pasta),
hair cut and ophthalmology services, free haircut especially for children and will give
reading glasses. Around 2,500 or more beneficiaries are estimated to avail of these
services around 500 to 600 of which will avail of the dental services.
Towards this end, we most humbly appeal to your generosity to provide MEDICAL AND
DENTAL EXTRACTION & DENTAL CLEANING.
This mission is also an awareness program as we lunch the campaign: “Sa KAWANG
GAWA UNA ang MAHIHIRAP: PATIENTLY and JOYFULLY SERVING THE POOR
FIRST.”
