AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

I, ROMMEL ROSALES ROSITO, Filipino, of legal age, single with residence

and postal address in Fairview Homes, Sabellano St., Basak, Pardo, Cebu City,
Philippines, after having sworn according to law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I own a total aggregate agricultural landholding of 306 square meters

including the area of 306 square meters that I bought from Frederick Durohom
Dicdican under Doc. No. 405; Page No. 81; Book No.XIV; Series of 2018; of Notary
Public ATTY. MARIA LUISA F. RABADON dated November 24, 2018; and zero (0)
square meter as shown in the certificates of landholding.

2. This affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.

4, Series of 2021, as well to show proof that my total aggregate landholding inclusive
of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5)
hectares.
