Subject: Retrieval of Properties donated by Atty. Pedro A. Rosito

Dear Sir Diaz:

Greeting.

It is the intention of the family of the late Atty. Pedro A. Rosito, KGOR, late
Commander of the Knights of Rizal, Cebu City Chapter, and Supreme Chapter
Chancellor of the knights of Rizal, International Headquarter, the fulfillment of all his
wishes when he was alive.

It has come to our knowledge that he donated the following to the Knights of Rizal,
Cebu City Chapter:

1. A Digital Video Camera in the safekeeping of Sir Romualdo Generalao;

2. A Digital Camera in the safekeeping of Sir Sammy Go;

3. A laptop which has been alleged to be safekeeping of Sir Ricardo Mata.

and all other property known or not known, if any, that he donated to the Knights of
Rizal, Cebu City Chapter.

We manifest and express the intent that these properties be turned over to the Knights
of Rizal, Cebu City Chapter.
