SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, ARMON VILLAMIL MACAMBAC, Filipino, 63 years old, married and a
resident of Lot 17, Blk 9, Phase I, Hanniyah Homes, Babag 1, Lapulapu City, Cebu,
Philippines, and a former resident of 74-A Katipunan St., Labangon, Cebu City, Philippines,
by these presents hereby appoint, constitute, designate and choose for myself, in my
name, place and stead, MARIO VILLAMIL MACAMBAC, Filipino, 72 years old, widower
and a resident of Blk 2, Lot 13-14, Metro Clark Homes, Phase 2, Pulung Maragul, Angeles
City, Pampanga, Philippines, in relation to the Philippine Veterans Bank (Clark Pampanga
Branch) Savings Account Number 0004-346920-101 balance of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-
EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE & 81/100 (P238,165.81) of my mother,
Rufina Villamil-Macambac, to do and perform the following:
(1) To sign the extrajudicial settlement of the above-mentioned cash in bank
balance left by mother of which I have one-third (1/3) share;
(2) To receive my share of said inheritance;
(3) To deduct from my 1/3 share of the said inheritance my 1/3 share of the
expenses related to the above stated settlement including but not limited to
legal fees and publication;
(4) To transfer to me my share net of the expenses;
(5) To sign other documents and authorizations required and do all other acts to
facilitate the settlement of the said inheritance and transfer to me of my said
share net of expenses;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my aforesaid attorney full power and
authority to do and perform whatever act or things necessary, proper or indispensable in
the premises and hereby confirming and ratifying all and any act or thing that he may
perform in relation to the above subject matter in my name which I could lawfully do if
personally present with full power of substitution and revocation.
