I, JULIO GESALAN BESIN, Filipino, of legal age, with address in Dalaguete, Cebu,
Philippines, after having sworn according to law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I own a total aggregate agricultural landholding of 200 square meters
including the area of

200 square meters that I bought from Frederick Durohom Dicdican;

under Doc. No. 188, Page No. 38, Book No. I Series of 2019 of Notary Public Atty. Rommel
R. Rosito dated 19th of September 2019; and zero (0) square meter as shown on the
certificates of landholding.
2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 4,
Series of 2021, as well to show proof that my total aggregate landholding inclusive of the
land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.
