AFFIDAVIT

I, CRESCELDA NEPOMUCENO-CABREROS, 47 years old, Filipino, married

and residing in Sitio Manga, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, Philippines, do hereby
undergo the questions and answers carefully translated to me in the dialect that I can
very well understand, propounded by Atty. Rommel R. Rosito on May 11, 2022 in
Fairview Homes, Sabellano St., Basak, Pardo, Cebu City, answering the questions fully
conscious that we do so under oath, and that we may face criminal liability for false
testimony or perjury, further depose and state:

Q1 Why are you here in my office-residence?

A To give my statement as to the fact that there is a perceived bias in the barangay
level when a controversy is heard in the Barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City
involving the family of Annabelle Pepino.

Q2. What is your occupation?

A I am a housewife attending to my family.

Q3. How did you know Richard Navaja and Annabelle Pepino?

A We are neighbors in Sitio Manga, Punta Princesa, Cebu City.

Q4. Why have you stated that that there is a perceived bias in the barangay level
when a controversy is heard in the Barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City involving
the family of Annabelle Pepino?

A Marivic Pepino, one of the sisters of Annabelle Pepino, was working in the
barangay and is close with the wife of the Barangay Captain, Atty. Andales,
Christine Andales.

Q5 Why the use of “was”?

A Maribel Pepino, another sister of Annabelle, replaced Marivic Pepino when

Marivic got sick.

Q6. Why do you state there is a perceived bias?

A Because at one time, during the hearing of my case, the wife of the Barangay
Captain, sat with the Lupon saying as head of the GADS she was part of the

 hearing. The wife was also seen as visitor during a celebration held at the
house of the Pepinos.

Q6. What happened next?

A During the second hearing of my case, the wife of the Barangay Captain was the
one who faced me and the Pepinos without the Lupon in the police station. There
was no electricity as a result of Typhoon Odette.
