AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

I, MAURICIO DUROHOM DICDICAN, Filipino, of legal age, married to RENA O.
DICDICAN with residence and postal address in Cawayan, Dalaguete, Cebu, Philippines,
after having sworn according to law, hereby depose and say:
1. That I own a total aggregate agricultural landholding of 39,396 square meters
including the areas of:
1,684 square meters that I and my husband bought from Alberto Dicdican under Doc.
No. 207, Page No. 058, Book No. 005, Series of 2012 of Notary Public Atty. Regal A.
Baquerio dated 2nd of July 2012;

1,684 square meters by inheritance from my father, Benonie Dicdican and

2,358 square meters by waiver/donation from my mother, Rizalina Durohom-Krueger
(formerly Rizalina Durohom-Dicdican) under Doc. No. 107, Page No. 22, Book No. I, Series
of 2018 of Notary Public Atty. Rommel R. Rosito dated 25th of November 2018;
2,358 square meters that I and my husband bought from the heirs of Alberto
Dicdican, namely, Nena Gesalan-Dicdican (786 sqm), Alyka Gesalan Dicdican (786 sqm),
Bhebie Joy Sanoy (393 sqm) and John Albert Sanoy Dicdican (393 sqm) under Doc. No.
214, Page No. 43, Book No. I, Series of 2019 of Notary Public Atty. Rommel R. Rosito
dated 31st of December 2019; and
30,955 square meters in Mabini, Cebu City, and
357 square meters in Dalaguete as shown in the certificates of landholding;
2. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No. 4,
Series of 2021, as well to show proof that my total aggregate landholding inclusive of the
land subject of the above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares.
