A brief biography of Hazrat Khaki Shah Sahib Hyderabad

He was born in Hyderabad and he was a disciple of Hazrat
Abdul Quader langotband and who was the caliph of Hazrat
Aminuddin Ala of Bijapur. And during his life period,
Hyderabad was under the rulers of the Delhi kingdom and there
was a rule period by Mubaraz Khan.
      Shah Sahib’s house was in the direction of the northeastern
side of Hussain Sagar lake in Hyderabad. He used to live always
in the condition of absorption. On the eastern side of Hussain
Sagar lake, there was one Bang Khana (the meeting hall in
which different kinds of people used to gather there) and Hazrat
used to live in this meeting hall up to the prayer time of Eisha,
and then he used to go back to his house on daily basis. There
were his two servants who used to take him back from Bang
Khana to his house which was located on the tank bund side. 
  
One time his servants while leaving him at the tank bund left
him there and hid and saw that Hazrat was going some distance
by walking on the land then he went into the water of the lake
and began walking easily on the water surface like on the land
and he was reached to his house. And next day the servants have
told him about the event of the last night. Then from that day
when Hazrat went back to his house from Bang Khana then he
could not come back again to Bang Khana. And there were no
children to him.
Death: He left this mortal world on 2nd Rajab in the year 1130
Hijri corresponding to 1718 A.D.There was his final advice
before death that there should not be given a funeral bath his
corpse upon his death.

  Upon his death when there was put some water on his body
with intention of a funeral bath then at that time water has
become just like soil and for this reason, he was become famous
and well known as Khaki Shah in the whole of Hyderabad city
and other places due to this final miracle shown by him even
upon his death in this matter. He was buried at the place of his
residence.
The grave:  The Shah of Hyderabad's grave is found on the tank
bund of Hussain Sagar in Hyderabad.
    
The Chronological date of his death is found in the couplet of
the Urdu language as follows.
 
“Khaki Shah Wali Allah -Hadi Wasil fil Allah.”
