There are multiple parts of a completed admissions application, and each college requires
something slightly different. Included below is a comprehensive list of what could be required in
an application, along with who will often be required to make the submission.

summer i have tournaments every other
weekend so i'm constantly having games and
working out.

Vail Pizzzeria I work at a place called vail pizzeria. I have


been working there for a year now. I usually
work 3-4 days a week there and i get paid a
minimum wage of 14 dollars an hour plus
online tips. This job keeps me active and at a
very pace pace because i have to delivere
pizza’s to customers right out of the oven.

Avid Car Show 5 A lot fo expensive and old cars showed up to
the junior parking lot of great oak to flaunt
their cars. I arrived at 8 am and left at around 1.
I helped by passing out water and flippings
signs.

Captain I have been the captain of my soccer team now


for about 5 years. I always try to lead by
example and show my team how to work
together and play as one.

Raise at my job. I got a dollar raise by my boss. He emailed me


and said that my work ethic is very high and i
need to be rewarded so he gave me a raise of 1
dollar.
