Counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation against the present
applicant is that he has sold the land to the complainant which was declared to
be Simhastha land. He submits that the aforesaid land was sold to the

complainant in the year 2013. It is further submitted that as per the khasra
entries of the year 2017-18, Survey No. No.650/3 (land in question), it is not
mentioned to be Simhastha land.
Counsel for the State is directed to file copy of the relevant Notification
regarding declaration of the area in question as Simhastha area and further when
the Notification was issued regarding Simhastha area making a restriction on the
sale and construction on the Simhastha property.
List after one week.
