AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, Rolliefe Bajar Pabale, of legal age, Filipino, annulled and with residence at B6L48
Aphrodite St. Phase 6 Villa Olympia 6, Villa Olympia Subdivision, Brgy Rosario San Pedro
City,Laguna after having beensworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I am the registered owner of a Parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
NO.060-2020012595 of the Registry of Deeds of the province Laguna, Calamba Branch, a copy of
which is hereto attached as ANNEX “A”.

2. Deed of Absolute sale was executed last March 31,2022 , it was erroneously included my
business name ADBAR BUILDERS operated by me as the Principal of the property.

3. In truth and in fact The title is only under my name “ Rolliefe Bajar-Pabale and not my business
name “ Abdar Buildedrs which is hereto attached in ANNEX “A”

4. Therefore, it is just my name that should be appearing of the deed of sale that was already
notarized.

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing declarations and to support my
request of correction of my erroneously included business name in the deed of sale.
