Re: Monetary Demand Letter

Dear Ms. A,

This formal demand letter is in reference to the money in the amount of one hundred two
thousand and six hundred pesos (102,600.00 Php) that was deposited to your account by B. The
amount mentioned was supposed to be used for the payment of B’s membership in A
Residences, in connection with your agreement. However, B discovered that the amount
deposited and entrusted to you was not used for it’s intended purpose and despite repeated
demands of B for the refund of the amount, you continuously fail to return the same.

Please return the amount stated above on or before December 31, 20xx, otherwise; we will
resort to filing a criminal case of estafa against you.
