Porous Polymer MPC 3110/3210

Product Profile
MPC 3110 and MPC3210 are porous polymer carrier for additives, made from polyethylene. It’s mainly
designed to act as sponge materials in converting liquid, low melting point, thermal sensitive or waxy
additives into dry and free-flowing masterbatches. Those additives loaded porous products are created as
solution and designed with the end-use in mind–disperse these functionalized masterbatch into host
polymer without need for expensive equipment or process changes.

Application
MPC 3110/3210 is used to make polymer compounding easier, by absorbing liquid, low melting or
thermally sensitive additives.

Applicable additives
Antistatic agent, light stabilizer, titanate coupling agent, flame retardant, initiator, maleic anhydride, heat
stabilizer, antioxidant, silicone, lubricant, antiblocking agent, anti-drip, release agent, antifogging agent,
foaming agent, flavouring agent, etc.

Package & Storage

10 kg/ bag, transported as common industrial goods. Avoid moisture, high temperature and sunshine.
