Introduction
Digital watches and cell phones
may have replaced traditional
watches for many. The reason is
that nowadays the cost of
commercial watches is very low,
this favors that people decide to
buy a new watch instead of
repairing the old one.

Watchmakers are in charge of
maintaining watches, which are
important accessories for each

wearing them on the wrist as a
garment to on the walls or tables
of homes and workplaces.
This profession today is not as
common as it was 50 years ago
and watchmakers generally came
from families dedicated to the
same trade for generations, for
this reason young people acquired
family experience to continue with
this trade.
RECOMMENDATIONS
the watchmaker has to train
according to technological advances,
when they are electronic because one
has to learn to measure circuits,
berets, continuity and all that one has
to acquire knowledge.
Another factor that influences
watchmakers to remain relevant is
that, with the constant evolution of
watches, those who are dedicated to
their maintenance must evolve with
them and thus guarantee their
permanence.
