As the world we live in changes to embrace technological futures, as the

definition itself, curriculum is what, why, how, and when students should learn. It
is on going and continuous process but need to respond to change. Hence, it
needs to keep pace with a world in which knowledge is rapidly expanding,
and communication technologies are broadening access to information. It
needs a well-planned and systematic curriculum in order to keep in pace in the
world of work to adopt with its development, implementation, and evaluation. No
need to change the curriculum itself. For example, there must be proficient
teacher education and professional development and resources and support
materials development in learning.
2. Yes, because technology will be a great asset in classroom, as a motivational aid
and a teaching tool to help students succeed. To employ technology in the
classroom have expanded far beyond mere word processing and basic
presentations with images, and technology is now a prime way to motivate
students. Now, those same programs used for simple tasks are capable of so
much more. For example, instead of merely creating a PowerPoint presentation,
teachers can use video games, before used only for children’s entertainment,
now can be learning tools instead with a proper introduction. By using technology
in this fashion, students can become more engaged in instruction and achieve a
more substantial learning experience.
3. Going back to the definition of technology. Technology refers to methods,
systems, and devices which are the result of scientific knowledge being used for
practical purposes. Technology is changing fast. If the electricity and computer
are not available, you can use any medium of teaching just like blackboard,
chalk, exhibits, posters, models, and many more. They are still technology even
though they do not use electricity.
4. Utilizing technology can ensure a more interactive class experience. Integrating
technology into the classroom, however, can seem challenging for educators.
This is due to the technology resources needed, like computers, tablets,
software/apps, internet access, and more. Nevertheless, the teacher must
flexible and able to adopt to the changing world. Think first on what type of
technology you want to utilize it depends on learning style of the students. For
example, as an elementary teacher, the learners are in early stage of their
development. He/she can employ video lessons about the topic will be discussed
and facilitate the learners while they are watching.
5. Technology has a positive impact on student learning. Technology causes
students to be more engaged; thus, students often retain more information. For
example, elementary teacher facilitates the lesson to the learners by using
application software “clickers” to encourage learner engagement is by using
electronic devices that allow learners to record their answers to multiple choice
questions and allow you to instantly display the results. The activity encourages
participation, and their answers help the teacher know when further discussion is
needed. Use of clickers can also serve as a catalyst for discussion.
