1. If you could start your career over again, what would you do differently?

Answer: If I were to start my career over again, what I would do differently would
be to do more research and think about entrepreneurship.

2. During your performance reviews, what criticism do you hear the most?

Answer: The criticism I hear most often is research.

3. Tell me about your last position?

Answer: My last job was as a Purchasing Assistant in a construction company, I


was in charge of all the company's purchases.

4. What is your work philosophy?

Answer: My work philosophy is to do things with love and you will see that
everything turns out well.

5. How have you changed professionally speaking in the last two years?

Answer: Professionally I have gained more experience and knowledge

6. Tell me about the best manager you have ever had.

Answer: The best manager was in the last company I worked for, he listened and
took action on time, he was kind and he motivated people.

7. What were the most memorable accomplishments in your last position?

Answer: My most memorable achievement was developing and organizing


strategies for the employees and the company.
8. Why do you want to leave your current job?

Answer: Because I want to work on a new project I have been working on.

9. In your previous position, how much time did you spend learning how to do
things better?

Answer: In my previous position the learning time was one week.

10. If you’re very happy with your current job, why do you want to leave?

Answer: Because there is no possibility of promotion


in the Company.
