Welcome Address

Greetings! My respect to our esteemed Schools Division Superintendent of Masbate City, Mr. Bebiano I.
Sentillas, our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Lauro S. Millano, our Chief Curriculum and
Implementation Division, Mr. Noel D. Logronio, our School Governance and Operations Division Chief,
Mr. Renato M. Rubio, our Public Schools District Supervisor for District 9, Mr. Joel E. Caolboy, to our
School Head, Mr. Fermin B. Amontos, Guests,Junior High School Completers Students, Parents,
members of the Bantigue High School Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, welcome to the 8 th Recognition
Rites and 4th Completion Rites and the very first E-Completion and E-Recognition because of our new
normal.

They say that a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Indeed, during this trying times
where everything seems to pause for a moment, we should continue moving forward for the betterment
of humanity and the society as whole. As our students embarks this journey onwards we must consider
the things that brought about this new normal.

Sure the road may have bumps along the way but things are not always the way they will be if you keep
on going for sure you will find the light along the long-winding tunnel. As there is no quick way to
success you must strive hard to reach your goals. Remember that fortune favors the bold. So be
courageous and do not waiver nor falter and keep moving forward.
