STUDENT PRESENT LEVELS
Steven is below grade level in English, Language Arts and Math: reading, writing, verbal comprehension,
speed index, and problem solving. Steven’s cognitive testing or IQ score was also in the low average range
with a score of 80%. In order to be on average level a student must score between 90-110%.

Reading: Difficulty understanding questions even with a picture cue. Answers unrelated to topic of passage.
Unable to understand that his answers were not relevant to the questions being asked.

Math: Able to add and subtract, not successful with regrouping, has not mastered multiplication or
division, careless errors such as missing a sign when doing basic calculations.

Writing: Able to spell words typical f high first grade curriculum, able to write basic sentences, difficulty
when required to ass details or increase vocabulary, significant errors in grammar, sentence structure, and
