Dear SDS Mostoles:

I am writing to request that Joseph A. Ponce’s position as Utility to be evaluated for

reconsideration because we have recently placed on his contract an Administrative Aide position.
With the existing active 109 faculty member and 1 hectares of lot area of school, this past years
Joseph has stepped up to plate as a team player and taken responsibilities. Joseph has been
performing in this capacity since October 15, 2007 and performs his duties very proficiently. Below I
have listed his responsibilities, accomplishment and characteristics to support this motion.

Since beginning his work in this school Joseph has taken on the responsibility of teacher’s
support of the school which includes maintenance of cleanliness of the whole administration
building; put on and off all lights and other facilities and equipment before and after office hours;
throw garbage in the dumping area of school; do messengerial work; maintenance work of
computers; do errands for the school and perform other duties that are assigned from time to time.

In this time of pandemic, Joseph has also made significant improvements to some of the
processes involving printing and distribution of modules of the school.

We feel Joseph is very deserving of a reconsideration for the utility position and appreciate
your consideration of this request.
