Description

The green color in the logo stands for the color of tea leaves, and the black dots scattered is
pertaining to tapioca pearls as one of our tea’s main ingredient, while the cartoon represents the
approachable service of the business. The color blue represents the freshness that can be obtained
while drinking the products.
TEAkman Mo! is a provocative statement that all must try it and invites the consumer to buy the
available products. There is also a by-line that follows, "uulit-ulitin mo." which means we can
ensure that the products have quality and ensure deliciousness that customers will come back
again and again.

Process

Bubble tea is one of the most popular drinks in Asia. It can be served in many
various flavors. These instructions will help you make milk tea flavored bubble
tea at home in few very easy steps. The whole process will only take about 10-15
minutes so you will be ready to enjoy bubble tea with your friends and family
today!

Ingredients:
*for one serving size

1/2 cup of bubble tea mix (flavor of your choice).

1/2 cup of non-dairy cream

1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white cane sugar

1 cup of black Tapioca pearls

Tools:

one small cooking pan

one mid-sized cooking pot

one cocktail mixer


two bowls (mid-sized)

bubble tea cups and straws

one measure cup

one spoon

Step 1: Make the Sugar Syrup

Step A: Put 1/2 cup of white cane sugar in the pan

Step B: Put 1/2 cup of brown sugar in the pan

Step C: Put one cup of water into the pan


Step D: Turn on the stove to high temperature.

Step E: Stir it while boiling it for 1 minute.

Note:This sugar syrup will be used as a sweetener for the bubble tea and it also
keep a good consistency for the bubble tea.

Step 2: Store the Syrup for Later Use

Put the syrup in a container for later use.

Caution: be careful the hotness of the syrup.

Note: the syrup should be in a liquid status right now, however, the longer you
store it, the thicker it gets. It is very normal.
Step 3: Cook the Tapioca Pearls

Step A: Put two cups of water in a pot.

Step B: Turn on the stove to high temperature.

Step C: Heat until it boils.

Step B: Put the Tapioca pearls into the boiling water.

Step C: Put a lid on the pot for 5-10 minutes ( depending on your flavor, the more you cook, the
softer they are)

Note:Stir it if necessary to avoid the situation where the Tapioca  pearls get stick
to the pot.
Step 4: Cool Off the Tapioca Pearls

Put the cooked Tapioca pearls into a bowl to cool off.


Caution: this step can be dangerous, be careful with the steam and the hot water dropping from
the pot.

Note: If you want to store the leftover Tapioca pearls for later use, mix some brown sugar into
some water in a bowl and put the Tapioca pearls in it.

Step 5: Put the Ingredients in the Cocktail Mixer to Mix

Step A: Put 1/2 cup of non dairy cream into the cocktail mixer.

Step B: Put 1/2 cup of bubble tea mix into the cocktail mixer.

Step C: Put 4 spoons of syrup into the cocktail mixer. (add less syrup if preferred)
Step D: Put 2 cups of water into the cocktail mixer.

Step 6: Shake the Ingredients

Shake the cocktail mixer hard for about 30 seconds.

Note: Hold on to the top tight to prevent the liquid from spilling.

After finishing shaking, let the cocktail mixer sit for 30 seconds.

Step 7: How to Serve


Step A: Put some ice in a cup

Step B: Put the cooked Tapioca pearls in the cup.

Step C: Pour everything out from the cocktail mixer in the cup as well.
Step 8: Ready to Drink

Put a lid on and straw in the cup and enjoy your bubble tea!
