 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Preparation and Submitting of RFI with all Necessary Documentations as per Saudi Aramco.
 Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil activities like Excavation, Backfilling,
FDT (Field Density Test), Lean concrete, Reinforce concrete, Curing, Moisture test, Surface
preparation, Concrete coating, DFT (Dry Film Thickness).
 Daily monitoring the construction activities and make observation log book.
 Review and inspection of all civil material with client inspector prior to installation.
 Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project
Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval.
 Witnessing of Field testing like Compaction test FDT (Field Density Test) and Dry film
thickness (DFT).
 Coordinate with Consultant regarding the site activities as per standard.
 Inspection of concrete finishing according to standard and specification.
 Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steel work as per standard.
 Liaise with the contractor’s field staff and Third party laboratory to ensure that all required
testing has been performed as per standard.
 Conducting material inspections for all CIVIL items delivered at the site.
 Documentation of all RFI’s (Request for Inspection) after signed by the consultant.
 witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current
status.
 Coordinate with the Client QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems.
 Attend the weekly QC meetings
 Witnessing of the testing of compressive strength of concrete at the 3rd party laboratory
 .Review project (materials, test results, test reports). Kept record on various materials testing
for quality control as per project specification

 Maintained control of quality records and material stored in Quality Control quarantine area
 To ensure that all execution and inspection are carried out as per inspection plan / drawings /
codes & specifications. To carry out inspection & certify all necessary inspections during
various stages of site activities as per approved inspection and test plan. To co- ordinate with
client and supplies and consultant for site inspection activities.
 Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality
implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are
within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs.
 Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and
other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and
testing procedures (I.T.P.). monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work
being implemented by the construction group
